Understand and think through all features from a user\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s standpoint. Understand and ask questions about the client\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s business plan.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest the right technology on basis of client\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s budget, timelines, and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct detailed Technical Feasibility Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Phased wise technical execution \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Divide the features wish-list into phases. Plan for beta or phase 1 launch which should include a practical subset of fill features-list. The goal is to go-ahead with a phase 1 launch which is not an Over-Kill in terms of features But which also gives value addition as compared to the competition.<\/li>\n<li>Creating a module wise distribution and implementation schedule for delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical Product Specification<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Advise on latest IT trends and best practices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Competitor Benchmarking \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Study and analyze competition sites, mobile apps.
